"Amazing hostel. I really enjoy my stay here. Owner Glenn is so helpful, resourceful and kind to have a chat. The volunteers Kasia and Dan are lovely to talk with. It feels a very cosy hostel, not too crowded, noisy and neither a party hostel. I was visiting for tourism and leisure and while many of the guests staying here for work or business, there were no issues. And Glenn kindly helped to sorted out a minor issue in the room very effectively. Just a note there is no stove but a microwave...

"The accommodation was top notch. Jacuzzi was perfect and seeing horses outside window was great. Highly recommend if you want luxury accommodation in the area. Owners answered questions before we arrived and helped up settle in by opening the bike shed and showing us the Jacuzzi operations. Great time was had by our family of 4 and our dog. Nice pubs especially the Bay Horse in Arnold. Went to see Eden camp, Yorkshire Air museum, Laurel Vineyard and The Deep aquarium. Played some golf, did some cycle trips and tried Whiteheads award winning fish and chips in Hornsea. Beverley was just like Bury St Edmunds, where we are in Suffolk, which was great. Bridlington not so great. Farm shop very close by provided some great produce and the lovely lady there was â€œproper Yorkshireâ€!Thanks for a good week."

"My partner and our 3 year old stayed here for a week over Christmas and had such a lovely, relaxing time. We stayed in the champagne lodge and upon arrival were so happy with our lodge. check in was very quick and easy and the lodge is beautiful. We had 2 bottles of mini Prosecco, mince pies and a chocolate box for our little boy. We enjoyed it that much that when we checked out on Monday 30th , we were back on the Friday 3rd for the weekend again! Thank you for a lovely stay again! :)"

"The hive was well equipped with everything we could need, very comfortable and well decorated and felt so cosy. The area itself is extremely quiet but it was a short drive from hornsea which we visited for the day. The hot tub was lovely and it was great to head back inside to underfloor heating (very happy about that). The only slight drawback we had would be that because it is a 2 person hot tub, it overflows which means you have to refill it yourself with a hosepipe. Although this wasn't really a major issue, it wasn't ideal having to stand and wait for it to fill back up (which took a lot longer than expected)Overall we would highly recommend a visit here if you're after some peace and quiet in a luxury but homely environment"

"Lovely place to relax and get away from it all. But not for people looking for lots to do as we didn't find much to do in the area, but we were just there for a relaxing quiet week so it was perfect for us. 2 beaches a few minutes away and a good sized Tesco nearby for supplies.The cottage looked newly done and was done well apart from the furniture needs a bit of an upgrade and could do with more kicthen utensils. Bath robes provided for the hot tub were a great idea! Would suggest taking sleep masks as there are 4 velux windows in the bedroom with no blinds so you're up with the lark! Also take hairdryer and shower gel, we assumed they would be provided as places we've stayed before usually have. Not a deal breaker but worth knowing.All in all a lovely place to stay to switch off from the world and recharge which is exactly what we wanted."
