Our stay was for almost 4-5 days and everything was beyond perfect. From the moment we checked in and checked out, all the staff was amazing. I’d like to give special thanks to Mr. Orhan & our housekeeping Mrs. Nurcan for their extra kind service and hospitality. Property, room, food, cleanliness, i’d rate 10/10. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

For the money an excellent option you need to drive or take a taxi to go to almost anywhere. It was easy though. The staff was amazing

Nice place
A nice property with good breakfast and helpful staff. Convenient for tram services to city centre and bus terminal too. Would stay here again.

My stay here was great. Staff, breakfast, cleanliness were all top notch. The hotel is also close to the Botanical park and the park that runs by the "Nilufer" river. Great places to go for a run.

Very difficult way to underground parking. No valet. No bell man. They didn’t have people to bring ice to my room. The shampoo and conditioner dispensers didn’t work well Disappointed

Overall very nice. We’ll maintained, clean and very friendly staff. Only problem was their restaurant service was not the best. No room service and way over priced.

The room was cosy but small. Location is not near the touristic sites of Bursa. Breakfast was good, the staffs are friendly and helpful.
