Welcome to our privately owned Lake House! Each of the four bedrooms has a King size bed and a master bathroom (shower/tub double sink and toilet) attached for maximum comfort and privacy. A hide-a-bed couch sleeps two more. On the top deck, enjoy our gas grill and lounge furniture to sit or lay in the sun with glimpses of Lake Cumberland through the wooded lot. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee, read a book, or have a glass of wine under the covered front porch in a rocking chair or on the relaxing porch swing. Take the party downstairs where a large 65” television with streaming service and a Blue Ray/DVD player are available. A coinless arcade has 300 classic games to choose from. There is an indoor kid’s clubhouse for children to play. Open the back-patio door to a large screened in porch that features an easily accessible step down into 6 person hot tub.

High end living with a stellar view

What a beautiful property this was! We loved the ensuite bedrooms and the high end finishes in the kitchen and throughout. The arcade game in the lower level was a special treat and the view from the deck is to die for. Hopefully we'll be back!

Perfect Place to Relax

Every year we do a vacation with another family! This stay was perfect for us! We loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom and the kids ages 4-13 loved the little clubhouse and all the games! This cabin was well stocked and had plenty of space for our group of 9!

We love everything about this place. The location is awesome. It’s easy to get to you. It’s easy to communicate with the owner. We stayed here our first time visiting the lake the second year it was available and we were very disappointed and this year we were able to rent and we were very happy with our stay.

Great Family Getaway!

Lakin’ it Easy was a great home for our annual family trip to Lake Cumberland. The 4 bedroom suites were wonderful and we LOVED the two refrigerators, two dishwashers and great pantry space. We made use of the pool in the resort and it was a quick trip to Burnside where we rented a pontoon for a day.

Loved that each of us had our own bathroom. That is hard to find when you have 4 couples. The arcade game in the basement was a blast. Well stocked kitchen! Very easy to find and the check in was a breeze.

What is very nice about the house the kitchen is well supplied with utensils and cooking supplies the house is very clean every bedroom has its own master bath which is supplied with bath towels the screened-in porch and the hot tub made it extra special and the outside view was beautiful I have no complaints about this house at all our stay was wonderful.

The cabin was perfect for our annual girls trip. The house has so many cozy places just to sit and sip coffee while chatting with each other. We were a group of 5 and had plenty of room. We all agreed that we would love to use it for a couples weekend.

Cabin was great for 4 couples. Loved that we all had our own bathroom in each bedroom. There was also a half bathroom which was also nice. There was more than enough kitchen equipment and utensils and bathroom linens for everyone. Becca was a great hostess. Answered all our questions very quickly.

Dreams Really Do Come True

The home is magazine worthy inside and out. The dead end street was quiet and perfect for a daily walk. The few other houses on the street are adorable. I walked every morning and only saw a chipmunk and the security man patrolling. The view was stunning. We drank coffee on the back deck every morning and enjoyed the stars and the sound of wild turkey and an owl. The house was very well stocked and we lacked for nothing. The four bedrooms with en suite bathrooms were very much appreciated. Becca the host replied quickly every time. My siblings and all our spouses and I had a heavenly time so the street is perfectly named. We look forward to returning.

Loved it!!

We stayed with seven family members (all adults) and had a wonderful time. Becca was great in every way. We couldn’t get in the secure gate at check-in (not her fault) but she figured out how to get us in. Had a minor issue with ants (VERY common for the time of year) and she immediately took care of it. The place is well equipped and a long way from a restaurant so we cooked in every night which everyone enjoyed. Used the grill a couple of times. Tons of room. Great layout. Only suggestion would be to update a few of the pots/pans, etc. There is no lake access from the place, but we did have lake views. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place to truely disconnect

Each year our family takes a trip to the woods as soon as school lets out. This year we traveled 5 hours to Lakin' it Easy and it was worth every minute. What a way to disconnect and just enjoy eachother. Check in and check out was a breeze and the property manager was a dream. One thing I might have missed in the description or reviews, but cell phone reception is spotty at best. It was a bonus for us but some may need to know ahead of time. Also we had severe thunderstorms our last day (which was gorgeous) but it did knock out the internet for our last evening there. Other than a dollar store you are a notable distance away from things so make sure you pack everything you need. I would absolutely recommend this property if you are looking to spend some uninterrupted time with family and friends.

We enjoyed our stay, it was a very nice cabin with plenty of room, King beds were a big plus and everyone enjoyed the arcade game and hot tub. It was just a bunch of friends hanging out at a cabin so we did not have any children with us but if you are planning on staying with kids there are some safety concerns (biggest one is the deck rails have big gaps and is up super high). The hot tub is in the deck which looks really nice but it was a bit tricky to get into it since it did not have anything to hold onto while stepping into it. It was pretty peaceful there and the leaves were starting to change which was really nice. We had all the basics that we needed and loved the multiple types of coffee makers. Something that was not a huge deal for us but might bother some is that you have to transport the garbage in your car to a dumpster and not a trash can/cage outside the cabin. Overall it was a well put together, very clean, nice amount of space with lots of bathrooms and big beds.
