I made the choice to choose this hotel for my friend and his 2 kids because it was just 10 minutes from my house. It was a stressful experience checking in for the 2 night stay because I booked it through Expedia to save money. And when I decided to extend the reservation for an additional 2 nights again thru Expedia, it was another hassle. My friend was told he had to check out by 11am. I had to call the hotel and tell them I had proof that they were paid for another 2 nights in the same room. After my insistence they magically found the extended reservation. It was stressful for my friend and myself and totally unnecessary. Can’t really recommend staying there because of the communication issues. They obviously don’t want customers using online apps to save money.

Pool was dirty, room floor was very sticky and the room had an odd odor in general. Had to leave due to a family emergency within an hour of us being there and the receptionist did not know much about any of their policies but she was very nice

I called ahead because we were hauling an enclosed trailer and wanted to be sure there was parking and I was told there was but we had to take up like 5 stalls sideways and it was difficult to get in and out. Our room smelled like sewer and the floor had water coming up next to the bed if you stepped on it. No hand soap at the sink and only one garbage can outside the bathroom. We won’t be back.

No physical person at check in and didn’t get a receipt as the printer wasn’t working. Also the entry of the hotel was dirty and people were gathered outside as well as inside (not guests). There was almost no food at breakfast and there weren’t many people there.

We stayed here after a concert at nearby Alpine Valley. The room was quiet and clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very convenient in the lobby. The staff was attentive and courteous. No complaints for the price.

The price for the suite was too high. The third bed in the sofa was not usable and looked horrible. Breakfast was ok but the coffee selection was not good. If this is part of Wyndham chain.. it leaves a lot to be desired. The staff made it worth it.

The staff were amazing and kind, the owners mom and dad are super friendly. If we had any issues they ensured it was handled quickly. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, the kids enjoyed the pool and whirlpool. I will definitely be returning to that location for future visits.

Sadly, the stay on Friday 7/21/24 was less than stellar. A very musty odor in the building and room. We stayed in a kitchen suite and although we asked for a coffee pot, one was not provided. We had to ask for clothes hangers, iron and ice bucket as well. No utensils, glassware, plates etc were provided or offered after my complaint to the staff. Will not stay here in the future!
