The space

INDOOR LIVING: 65” Smart Roku TV, 1 sleeper sofa, 2 sitting chairs, electric recliner, ceiling fan and outside access to front patio.

KITCHEN: Fully stocked kitchen with dishware, flatware, pots, pans, bakeware, glassware, and cooking utensils. Appliances include a Hamilton Beach Duo Coffee maker, hand mixer, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, glass top range, and microwave. Dining table/chairs and outside access to patio/deck. Also provided: starter supply of coffee pods/coffee, sugar, creamer, tea, salt/pepper, oil and dishwasher pods.

BEDROOM - 1 (MASTER): 43” Smart Roku TV, King Bed, nightstand, curtains, ceiling fan, closet and outdoor back patio access.

BATHROOM 1 (MASTER): Full bathroom (shower), linens, basic toiletries ,Washer and Dryer in the closet and a starter supply of laundry pods.

BEDROOM 2: 65” Smart Roku TV, King Bed, night stand, closet, curtains and ceiling fan.

BATHROOM 2: Full Bath (Tub/Shower), linens and basic toiletries.

BEDROOM 3: Queen bed, ceiling fan, curtains, closet, locked garage access (no guest entry).

OUTDOOR PATIO: 55" outdoor Roku Tv, patio furniture and grill.

GENERAL: Free WiFi, complimentary toiletries, hair dryer, towels & linens, washer & dryer, grill and patio furniture.

PARKING: Paved driveway with parking space for up to 4 vehicles outside the garage.

CARPORT: Guests are welcome to use the carport; however, the locked building and attached garage are not accessible for guest use.

**BOAT SLIP: The uncovered slip does not have electrical outlets. Details and a parking pass are provided at check-in. The boat slip is seasonal, as the water level decreases in winter; during that time, you will need to use the main dock.

Things to note: The house is located in a residential area. Please be considerate of local residents and observe quiet hours from 9:30 PM to 8:00 AM. No pets or smoking allowed. Please do not climb on the deck's cable railing. Please treat the house as if it were your own. A starter supply of toilet tissue, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, and laundry pods is provided. Extra linens and towels, as well as blankets and pillows, can be found in the closets.

Self-check-in is available using the Wi-Fi keypad lock on the garage. A door code will be provided at least 24 hours before your arrival. The key to the house is located inside the garage.

**Wildlife and Bugs:** Being close to the lake/woods, encounters with wildlife and bugs may occur. We have monthly pest control services, but it is advisable to keep windows and doors closed. Brooms and a vacuum are available for your convenience, including a small vacuum for ladybugs. You may see squirrels, raccoons, bears, turkeys, snakes, deer, and other wildlife. Please exercise caution.

Please be aware that the gas grill is located outside, making it difficult to clean between guests. Depending on how the previous guest left it, you may need to clean it before use.
