Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
This property has gone down hill. The staff is not trained to be welcoming...the members that I had interactions with were more concerned with their cell phones. A simple good morning would go along way when guests come into the lobby looking for coffee or "breakfast". And getting out from behind the counter when several people are in the dining area....and no other people in the lobby....to stock up on the limited breakfast items...not a time consuming process...would be beneficial. The coffee isn't coffee, not sure what is going on there, but I have had tea darker and stronger. The ice machines were all broken at the same time for my 2 night stay. One of the 2 elevators was out of service. Upon arrival, the sidewalk was covered with debris from trimming the landscaping hedges...it was 9pm so I assumed the crew would clean it the next morning. The crew was staying in the hotel as I got to meet them the next morning....the debris was still there 2 days later. The properrty is clean for the most part, alot of worn areas....exposed sheetrock from peeled paint, stained walls, stained carpet in places, but that is expected in a hotel that has changed names several times and is over 20 years old. I stayed here when it was first built. Probably won't be back unless I know for sure they have made some improvements.
