"The customer service here is truly exceptional. Time and again we were greeted with friendly faces and genuinely positive attitudes. Having spent 20 years in customer service myself, I know how rare it is to encounter a staff that consistently makes guests feel this welcome — really impressive. The team went out of their way to make our entire family feel at home, making this a fantastic choice for families traveling with kids. The hotel itself is comfortable and the rooms are good, though a few things could use attention: the shade in our room was broken, the pool needed cleaning during our stay, and the coffee left something to be desired. That said, the staff, the location, and the pool keep us coming back. We would absolutely stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend it to other families looking for a welcoming place to stay."
