I was a bit anxious since I was traveling with an amputee which was her first time at the beach after her amputation, the hospital staff was SO ACCOMMODATING and welcoming that we had nothing but PURE BLAST!!! 1 out of 10 I would rate 12! "I had a very good stay at this hotel overall and would definitely consider coming back. The highlight of my experience was the excellent service, especially from the front desk. Mateus was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. He went out of his way to make sure everything was smooth and comfortable during my stay, which made a big difference. The hotel itself was comfortable, well-located, and had a pleasant atmosphere. The room was nice and overall well maintained, which made the stay enjoyable. The only downside was the private pool in my room. Unfortunately, it was not properly cleaned, and it remained that way throughout my stay despite my expectations. This was disappointing, as it took away from what would have otherwise been a perfect experience. Aside from that issue, everything else was great. With a bit more attention to maintenance, this hotel could easily deliver a flawless experience."
