Uma estadia agradável e relaxante

Minha experiência neste hotel foi extremamente positiva! Desde o momento da chegada, fomos recepcionadas por um atendente atencioso e educado, o que já contribuiu para uma ótima primeira impressão. O quarto era amplo, bem iluminado e muito limpo, proporcionando um ambiente confortável para descansar. A cama era grande e aconchegante, garantindo uma noite de sono tranquila. Além disso, o hotel conta com uma área de lazer muito agradável, com uma piscina bem cuidada e perfeita para momentos de relaxamento. Outro destaque foi o café da manhã, que oferecia uma boa variedade de opções, incluindo deliciosas tapiocas feitas na hora. A qualidade e a diversidade dos itens tornaram as manhãs ainda mais agradáveis. No geral, minha estadia foi excelente, e certamente voltarei em futuras oportunidades. Pior hotel que já fiquei

Pior estadia que já fiquei na vida. Me hospedei com a minha mãe idosa, colocaram a gente no quarto no segundo andar, sendo que não possui elevadores e as escadas são bem extensas. Os quartos tinham muitos pernilongos, impossível dormir naquele ambiente, ainda assim, fiquei cerca de 10 horas hospedada, no outro dia as 6h da manhã fui embora e busquei outro local. Quando fomos fazer o check out, foram conferir o quarto, como se eu fosse pegar alguma coisa (?)

NÃO INDICO PRA FAMÍLIA

As condições do quarto servia pros meus cachorros dormirem devido ao espaço quanto a limpeza foi regular quanto ao atendimento meia boca o atendente falou que a picina fechava as 20 horas mas depois abriu exceção pra outros hóspedes que ficaram até às 23 acredito que alguém muito chegado pra ser tão bem tratado pois o valor do meu dinheiro é o mesmo

Boa experiência

Uma das melhores equipes que já tive a oportunidade de conhecer. Pessoas atenciosas e sempre solícitas em todos os pedidos. Observei apenas dois pequenos problemas: devido a uma estrada de chão batido rodeada por pés de mangueira e bromélias (ótimo para fazer uma caminhada) apresenta muitos pernilongos e outro problema é que as melhores praias da região fica uns 15 km, a praia perto do hotel (praia de Maragogi) não é boa.
