"We loved our stay as did the 4 college age children we had with us. It was a close walk to shops, pubs and the Bunratty castle. When I say shops, it was just the two main gift shops, but they were more than just gift shops. The actual VRBO was perfect for our stay. It was clean and comfortable, and we'd definitely consider staying here again."

But what we found interesting was it was a little sparse on the basics like towels, dishes, cups, etc. The maximum amount of people are six. We were only each given one towel no extra hand towels, no face cloths.Some of the standard table settings there were only six no more so if you wanted to use two glasses at dinner, you had to wash one to use it again. No dual beverages at dinner ha ha...

"We enjoyed our stay but on reflection I feel that it was mean of them to OFFER an alternative room which had a different bed layout to the one I had booked and access to a room with tea, coffee etc ( which closed at 10pm ??) and then be asked to pay an extra €30. I was contacted after checking out to pay for extras which had been paid for at checkout. The staff were all very friendly and breakfast was good."
