Overall, the hotel is a great place to stay. The lobby was clean and modern and the rooms were also. The staff was helpful and courteous. There were plenty of staff to help and waiting was minimal. The breakfast was top notch, a bit expensive, but good. I'd recommend an upgraded room vs. the basic small one. My only recommendation to the hotel would be to get hard floors instead of carpet. The location of the hotel is near the border of Kabukicho, so although its not within that area, I'd recommend walking around it to avoid it. The good part is its close to a lot of eateries. Explore the neighborhood behind the building, its nicer. To access Shinjuku station, I'd walk around kabukicho.

Our stay here was amazing with one exception. The air conditioning in our room was not working properly. In the morning the August sun was rising on our side of the building which raised the temperature in the room 5-6 degrees in an already hot room. We needed help renting a car to go to the Mt Fuji region and the concierge was extremely helpful. She called the nearest Toyota rental car facility and made the reservation for us. I would highly recommend this hotel and plan on staying here the next time we come back to Tokyo.

Great location, friendly staff. Room was nice and the amenities were great. Like the surrounding areas. Close to train stations. Excellent choices for breakfast. Will return to same hotel before leaving Japan. Lots of options for food in the area, few convenient stores .
