We had a one night stopover. Great price for a hotel with free wifi and free breakfast. Room was nice and large with comfortable beds and well laid out. A surprisingly nice stay for such a good price. If we need to stay in Goulburn again I'd definitely go back to this hotel.
Steakhouse attached looked nice but we didn't have time to try it.

This was our second visit to the Manor House and once again the quality of service was impeccable and exceeded our expectations. The Staff were very friendly, helpful and courteous. The facilities were excellent. This is a beautiful place to visit with easy access to the wineries. We had a very enjoyable stay and will visit again in the very near future. We highly recommend Peppers Manor House.

If you want to stay at the best b&b ever then book a room here. It's more than a b&b though.. Really one of the best accommodations I've stayed at and I've been to a few of them when I worked as a travel agent for high-end customers.
After we checked in we decided within minutes to stay for an extra night since our plans were wide open. Not sure how many hours we spent in their garden and in our room's bathtub but I can't remember the last time I felt so relaxed. Didn't want it to end....
