"Room was beautiful and the couch is much smaller than you think. The breakfast was delicious and the coffee was even better. I had 2-3 cappuccinos. Shops are a 5 min walk + but the hotel itself is in a safe area!"

"This is a legitimate 2-star hotel. Whoever qualified it for a 4-star hotel made a joke. To start with, there is no refrigerator in the room. Not even a tiny one. The bedding is another joke. A pillow is about 3 cm (a little over an inch) thick, with nothing but lumps inside. I had to ask for 2 more pillows to get it to be of any neck support. I also had to ask for additional 2 blankets as the one provided was too thin. I had to use one of the blankets to cover the pillow stack so that I don’t feel the lumps. In the bathroom: no body lotion provided. No conditioner for after shampoo use. The single container in the shower says: Hand, hair, and body wash. Same container by the sink. No shower cap or vanity kit. The overall look of the room—shabby. Avoid by all means. "
