"The room was clean and quiet. The beds were not the best and the linens were a little scratchy. All in all, I would stay again. I did not eat at the hotel."

"The TV did not work. The curtains were hanging half off the windows. The air-conditioning system turned on and turned off all night long. And I never felt so insecure in all my stays on Expedia. I would not recommend this to anyone including truck drivers."

"We booked three rooms. Upon arrival, one room was fine; the air conditioning in one room didn’t work, and the door to the third room was unlocked and open with the room smelling like marijuana. The manager was unable to move into other rooms or another best western property, so we booked rooms at the embassy suites across the parking lot and checked out. Lots of hassle and stress on college graduation weekend!"

"I'm a local and booked a room for a night for a little staycation. I chose this spot mainly because there was an indoor pool, was really disappointing when I was told after check in that the pool is closed. "

"There was an issue with the room (a shower leak) which I saw right away and went back to Kim who instantly moved me to another room, no problems. The wifi was easy to get on and fast. Fresh hot coffee right away at 6 when I needed it "

"We will never stay again as there was no microwave, paid parking (for an empty parking lot), plus paid parking is not necessary no one is walking to any of the close locations. The paid parking was just a money grab. the bathroom needs up grading. Why is the toilet that close to the shower door and the glass door of shower can’t be opened if the bathroom door is even half open/a glass door at that. The fresh towel rack is over the toilet. Bathroom layout is just weird and small. Plus no free breakfast. We prefer their sister hotel Hampton Inn suite."
