  • Summary:

    Expansive, three-level waterfront retreat on the public side of Lake Anna, Virginia. Stunning water views at the largest part of Lake Anna. Located on a large no wake cove just off the main lake, this is the perfect property for swimming and relaxing by the water. Relax on the expansive rear deck overlooking the lake or take a short walk to the water and the fire pit, two-slip boat house w/boat lifts, tiki bar, covered entertaining area, and uncovered sun deck.

    - All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.

    - Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 8 AM.

    - Free Parking for 6 Vehicles. (No Parking or Driving on Grass)

    - No Parties, Events, Outside Guests, or Indoor Smoking

    - No Pets Allowed.



    **Guest Requirements:**

    In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.



    Important: Before check-in, the primary guest must complete our Guest Verification process. This helps us comply with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for guests and the property.

    Damage protection is required for every reservation, regardless of where you booked. During verification, you will choose one of the following options:

This home was amazing, it exceeded our expectations. Arrived with our family of 13 for a family dinner on Saturday for my grandson and nephew high school graduation, this home did not disappoint. The kids and adults enjoyed the kayaks and the 2 game rooms. We had ample space for our dinner and the home was well stocked with utensils and cookware. Refrigerator was clean and in good working order. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious in size. The master bathroom jet tub is wonderful after a day on the dock fishing. We enjoyed ample seating around the fire pit and dock. Other than a handful of minor details out of place inside and outside, upon arrival and which will be easy fixes and of the many vacation home my family and I have enjoyed, this home is one of my top 3 favorites that definitely would get a second booking. I definitely give this home and host may I had for extremely timely response to every email and text . This home is a 10/10 hands down❤️❤️❤️❤️🤗

Such a great place to get away!

This home provided a warm, spacious & comfortable place for three families to stay for our daughter’s wedding weekend. My family of eight adults and nine children booked this home for Thanksgiving. We don’t get together often because our family is so big, so we had high expectations for cleanliness, safety, comfort, entertainment, space, and location. This house delivered on every one! There was always something to do for the kids and lots of places to relax for the adults. The living room was plenty big enough to relax and watch the game for 10 or so of our party. We have every intention for returning next Thanksgiving or sooner to make more precious memories. The owners were responsive during our stay and brought by items we needed within 24 hours. I highly recommend booking with this company and reserving this home for your next family or friend gathering. You will not be disappointed 😊

Family Fishing Vacation

We had 10 adults and 2 kids stay at this home and it was great! There was plenty of space for everyone. The host was very quick with his communication. The lake was beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked with silverware, cooking Utensils, spices, etc. We brought our boat, and it was easy to dock at the house and launch it at a nearby spot. Thank you!

We enjoyed a family vacation this past week at Kevin's house. What a beautiful spot! Had everything we were looking for. All bedrooms were a very good size and comfortably fit all 9 adults with a room to spare! The house is spacious and the dock and boathouse was great! We spent most of our time in the water. The cove is very quiet and the water was about 80 degrees. Very comfortable for swimming and kayaking. Kevin was a very responsive host and we look forward to coming back some time soon.

Great for families

The location was perfect. The quiet cove and small beach area were great for the children. The cleaning could have been better. The floors had not been mopped and the tables were sticky. The beds and bedrooms, however, were clean. The deck needs some maintenance and washing, but the dock was wonderful and the bothouse was great for storin floats. The multiple refrigerators were very helpful with so many familis staying together. We only watched TV at night, but all tvs required internet connecion, and the internet was often not working. That is typical of satellite internet in rural areas. Overall, we had a wonderful, relaxin vacation. Kevin was very responsive. We would come back!

1. Bathroom on the level 2 was not in working conditon.2. Out of all the kayaks mentioned in the listing only 2 were in good condition3. No toiletries were provided in any of the bathrooms4. Dishwasher was loaded but never turned on. All the dishes were stinking by the time i opened the dishwasher.

Second time renting

Rented this house two years in a row. Owners were great and very communicative however, the house has gone down a lot. People have really been hard on it. Blinds broken, bathroom counter tops broken and the carpets are really bad. The cleaning company the used pretty much at best swept and put the new linens on the bed. Counters were sticky as were the tables and floors. Evidence of mice from all the food crumbs in the cabinets. The owner gave us our cleaning deposit back, which was nice. But it was a pretty rough stay. Was equally as disappointing because it was wonderful the year before. So we decided to come back for a special birthday celebration. The owner was extremely responsive because the stove wasn’t working and had someone come right out. Hopefully they will visit snd see the issues snd fix for the next people who rent.

I really can't say enough about this property. I have never seen such a fully stocked kitchen. The bedrooms were perfect for our girls trip, each of us was able to have our own room. The bedrooms are very spacious. Also, great communication with owners and they were so accommodating. We have never been able to check-in early, and this was the first time; and it made us feel like we had an extra day. I would definitely recommend this property; and plan to book it again myself in the future. The property is beautiful!!

Better than the pictures. Incredibly Spacious kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms and basement. 3 king beds!!!! Perfect for kids and teens and of course adults. Overly stocked kitchen with high end appliances, cleaning supplies and plenty of seating . Amazing soaker bathtubs. Awesome basement with three bedrooms for all the kids. Clean, modern, everything you need for a perfect getaway. Kevin and Kari (and even the neighbors who were in town) were welcoming and helpful. Got a visit from the cops (for something unrelated to us) and even they were nice. Will definitely return!!
