The room I reserved said “newly renovated” it’s not! Came into the room and the floor was dirty, crumbs all over. We had to call room service to vacuum the room. We had a toddler so that was pretty annoying to see the room wasn’t even vacuumed. Also the mirror in the bathroom was filthy and stuff on the floor. The room overall was okay definitely not unkept very well, and whoever “cleaned” the room prior to us checking in did a terrible job.

Booked 5 rooms on Expedia they charged me for all the rooms. Arrived to the hotel with all my family, the hotel informed us “they are sold out” and don’t have the rooms for us. All the girls at the front desk were so rude.
Property is definitely older but they’ve made renovations. Room was clean and check in/out was quick and easy with the mobile kiosk

We were supposed to have a room in the north tower, we got one on the central tower which was smelly and my wife got bitten by bedbugs, all over her back, it had never happened to us before, bad experience!
When I first checked into my room there were used dirty towels hanging off of the shower curtain, the complementary bottles of shampoo and lotion had dirty grimy fingerprints on the bottles, there was a hair clip attached to the shower curtain, it was obvious that the bathroom had not been cleaned post the current occupants. I reported it immediately to the front desk. It was supposed to be addressed but when we got back to the room later on it had not been taken care of.
A/c barely worked. Bed too soft. Steakhouse had a lousy grizilly steak. Rooms very dated.

Few places to relax without casino noise or spending extra to use a chair on the beach on top of resort fee. The room was clean and comfy, though!

The Filipino lady at the front desk was very nice. The rooms did not look like they did in the brochure.
Beautiful private beach for guests on Colorado River. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Hotel is showing its age but it gives a little charm. Looks and Feels clean just you can see it’s been around a while. Casino doesn’t smell like a lot stale smoking casinos so that was a plus too. Overall very nice and comfortable stay

The check in staff are great. The Expedia site booked us a room in the more run down north tower and our desk person upgraded us to the renovated South tower ! So appreciated and a great river view room. Bed/ pillows comfy, room very clean and quiet

I haven’t been to Laughlin in 22 years and this property has not updated since then. The room was old and very worn out. The room never got cool enough and the tub and sink would fill up with slow draining. Pretty disappointed since it was the most expensive place to stay, lesson learned.

The text personnal assistant was great. It helped with numerous questions and some problems. Some carpet in the hotel hallways was duct taped down. 2 of the lamps in our room didn't work (one's outlet was behind the bed and not plugged in). Maintenance came and looked at the floor lamp. She jiggled and it came on. She said that's all you have to do.

Arcade games we’re all out service , 21 pool has a bar that isn’t in use and when not in use it’s still 21 .doesn’t make sense , a lot of places were blocked off . Wasn’t fun at all . No buffets and restaurants weren’t good .

The hotel room was upgraded to riverview and the carpet on the floor was black and dirty. Then had masking tape on the edge where carpet and tile meet. There was trash behind the bed. The staff were so sweet and kind. The audacity to charge upgrade fee $20 per night ... I thanked the staff because its no fault to them. The room was gross flooring, south tower #11040. The lighting was great and the people made a kind amd welcoming experience. Please do not charge these high rates for poor room quality.
