"Staff was great, fanily ran it looks like. The building is older but honestly the furnishings and cleanliness were above average. Had a great stay and will stay again"

"The cabin was wonderful, had the cabin feel with all the conveniences. Property is beautiful with the river so close. And we appreciated the hot tub after hiking "
Private country home, Mt. Hood view, hot tub, full kitchen, business class Wi-Fi

"Everything was great. There is a great viewpoint for sunrise 3 miles away, Jonsrud Viewpoint, We used this as a basecamp to hike at Columbia River Gorge..."
"This is a great, well-thought out little studio with a spacious bathroom. It had most everything we needed, and there were some nice, unexpected touches, like the cornhole game and the excellent tea selection -- even Bengal Spice, my favorite! Barb had a fire expertely built for us in the chimena -- one match was all it needed and we had a nice evening in the glider enjoying the flame. There's a big grassy area to play with dogs (including the Barb's sweet dog Stevie), and the trail on the propety was lovely, too, with some large, old-growth cedars along a small creek and many other native flora to enjoy: trillium, deer and sword fern, false soloman's seal, salal, vine maple, vanilla leaf, trailing blackberry, oxalis, and inside-out flower (I think -- we were there in late Aug, so all the spring plants were long past blooming and my plant ID ability is only so-so) were some that I noted. Barb works hard to make sure guests are taken care of and happy -- if there are any issues, she will attend to them right away. She is a solid host and a very nice person! "
"This house was perfect for the best friend trip that I did. The hosts were very punctual and kind and available if we needed them. The house was spacious and had all the amenities we could need and more. The location was great for us- a little quieter than town, but still accessible to everything we wanted to do. "
Dog-friendly A-frame near the river with game room, firepit, wood stove, & grill
10/10 Excellent
"We did a large roadtrip with multiple airbnbs in the PNW and this one was our fave. Great location. Cute unique spot. Quiet. It’s def a Cabin in the woods so there was showers with the occasional spider and it was lived in, but clean. We’d rent again 100%. "
"The Scenic View was perfect for our family gathering. Plenty of space to be together and yet carve out spots for those special conversations. One of our 11 year olds took stock last night: the group in the hot tub, the fire pit group, the puzzle masters at the table, the couch potatoes just chilling and talking, the reading teenagers sprawled across the bed. And always with Mt Hood and the river in our sights. Our hosts were super responsive. We loved this place! The kitchen was so big and we used every bit of it! Again perfect for feeding the whole gang. Shout out to Joe's Donuts from the Colorado, California and Washington families."
"This property is one of my favorite VRBO experiences! It's located in a quiet, scenic neighborhood. I loved the front patio which is landscaped to give you just the right amount of privacy without feeling closed in. I started and ended each day sitting outside, enjoying the weather. The bed is super-comfortable and wireless phone chargers on the nightstands were a wonderful touch. The apartment is exactly as pictured-cozy and spotless. The location was just right for day trips to Mt. Hood, Cannon Beach, and Silver Falls State Park. I highly recommend Lynn's property. "
