"All in all we really liked our experience at the hotel! The hotel design is really nice and modern and the food selection for each meal was quite good. The Bükfürdö Therme was included in the room price and is connected via a short hallway, which is great. Not too many glutenfree food options! (e.g. no cereal for example, same dessert for 2 days in a row for each meal) Some meals had wrong allergy information. The thermal spa area has a strong smell because of the healing water, so you have to...

"There is no public transportation out there-- not even a taxi in the tiny town of Buek. No signs to say where to check in. No front desk or lobby. No 24 hour office. No English. My friend called from Austria, but no one answered at the hotel 'desk'. This would be perfect if you were coming to stay for an extended period of time. Even better if you speak Hungarian. "
