"There is mold everywhere. There are hairs on all the bedsheets, and stains too; obviously, no one has changed them. The wallpaper is peeling. There is no mirror in the toilet, and there are horrible smells everywhere, along with humidity. The walls are super thin, so you can hear everything. I asked to change rooms, and they laughed in my face. I asked for a refund, and they laughed in my face again. A guy in front of the room was smoking a pipe with the door open.
