While I was very impressed with the spaciousness and cleanliness of the rooms, as well as the "spot on" check-in process, there were a few issues that impacted my stay. Most importantly, the shower head and door in my room leaked significantly, leading to a flooded bathroom floor. This is a serious safety hazard that needs immediate maintenance attention.
