"The staff was very nice. The room service food was great! It was nice having the water park next door and you get 1/2 price if you’re a hotel guest. The airport shuttle is free and runs every hour. My only complaint was the A/C didn’t get that cold. "

"From the early checkin to attentive staff, to the beautiful interior, this hotel is 5 star material. I couldn't be more pleased with my stay here and the rates were excellent. The only issues were the shower pressure was a little low and the room temperature was warm and couldn't be lowered. The

The female staff in the restaurant had no patience and spoke very abruptly I am not sure if it’s because she struggled to understand what I was trying to say.
