Staff unhelpful and unfriendly. Made promises and did not communicate. Threatened to charge me additional hourly charges after a late checkout was granted at check in.

This is completely untrue. We informed you that we would extend a late checkout to noon at no charge as a courtesy, or ask the housekeeper to make your room the last one she cleaned for the day, and that typically that would be around 1pm or so. So you did have until 12pm at the very least and more likely until 1pm or later depending on when the housekeeper finished cleaning her other rooms.However, for reasons known only to yourself, you checked out at 11:46am.And yes, there is a charge for a late checkout after noon. We will typically extend a checkout to noon as a courtesy, but after that, we will charge by the hour or for another night, as there is a cost to having a housekeeper wait around to clean the room, or to have to leave the room uncleaned and thus unavailable to be rented until the housekeepers clean it on the following day. We would suggest for future stays, if you need to have a late checkout, simply pa for two nights, and then you have the luxury of a late checkout at the time of your choosing, and the hotel won’t have to pay a housekeeper to wait for you to to leave, and won’t miss out on revenue due to your late check out. Win-win for everyone.

I give this property 4 stars because if you are looking at hotels in this price range, you will already know you aren't expecting the luxury that twice the price will get you. It's clean, comfortable bed and pillows, and the TV has plenty of good channels. No complaints. For the price, I will be staying here again.

Hair dryer was broken. Shower was dirty. Only one lock on door.
It was small, but very clean and nice. Check-in and Check-out was different, since you had to go in the back with a little window. You had to hold down the handle long to flush the toilet, but everything else was great. Would recommend. Pros were more than the cons.

Okay for an overnight
The room and grounds are clean. The bed didn't sleep well. I tried five times to get ice and never could get any out of the only machine there. There are no drink or snack machines.

Hello "Scott". Thank you for staying with us. It appears that you checked in for a three night stay with us. You also stayed the full three nights. While we regret very much that your experience as our guest was not stellar, we do wonder, if things were so amiss, why you never once mentioned it to our staff at any point during your stay.We would have welcomed the opportunity to rectify any shortcoming to your satisfaction, or doing the needful to make it right. Yet we never heard from you. In any case, thank you for your review. We will use it as an impetus to do better.
This hotel is NOT worth the money!
The front desk didn't want to be bothered by guest as he was busy on his phone.
The bed linens were dirty, the towels were dirty, there were 2 travel size pillows on a king size bed, there was hair stuck all over the shower walls, the paint was peeling off the walls and ceilings and there was thick black mold on the bottom of the shower curtain!
There are no good things to point out about this hotel. Really horrible

Check in was at the outside “night window” even though it was 7pm and still light out. Check in took forever as there was 2 other groups in front of us waiting to check on before us. Took forever for someone to come to the window. Bed was uncomfortable. Pillows were terrible. There was black mold on bottom of shower curtain. Bathroom door was cracked at the bottom. And what looked like gum on floor by bathroom door. Would NOT stay here again

We looked at 2 different rooms and both had urine stained matress covers, looked like bed bugs in the first room, the 2nd room muskey smelling. We left and stayed somewhere else. Still trying to get refund , had to file protest with Credit card.
There was people partying all night, couldn't get any sleep for loud noises and bumping the walls, slamming doors. Then a man standing in his door way in his underwear wear. The bath tub has cigarette burns all the way down it. The microwave and small fridge were old. Will never stay there again.
We didn't stay, we looked at the room it was nasty, tub dirty, floor dirty, chair nast and the bed looked liked someone just got out of it. The smell of dampness maybe even mold filled the room. My husband and I turned right back around and left to give them back the key card. That money I will chalk up as a lost however I will not be using Expedia again for not returning my money for that Crack smoking hotel.
Very loud creaking NOISES ALL NIGHT. Sheets had crumbs which means they weren't washed. Disgusting place!

Staff was friendly and responsive. The room was clean, parking was good, and good location. The only negatives were no in-room coffee maker and I thought the price was a bit high for the age and stature of the hotel.
