Great stay near Buffalo
Great set up for a decent sized group using this as a base to explore the area. My family enjoyed the property. There were a number of ants we had to take care of on that initial night, but I didn't notice them any more after that. But the property is great, I'd give the experience a 9/10.

Perfect little hideaway!
Such a nice place to stop in quick and rest up! Even if your group is large this property will accommodate. Its a bit tight but it still worked out perfectly at full capacity 14 people!

We were in town for a Buffalo Bills game. The location was good and it would be good for any destination in Buffalo or Niagara falls as long as you have a car. It looks to be the former garage of the home (with additional square footage added) but is very newly renovated, very clean and had plenty of room for the 5 of us. We visit our son and daughter in law several times a year in Buffalo and we will stay here again. Great host.

Let's Go Buffalo!
Our group of 8 was in town for a Bills game. This was the perfect spot! The house was clean, well-appointed and located in a neighborhood close to everything. Our Uber into downtown for Sat night drinks was all of 10 minutes, and roughly 20 minutes' drive to the stadium, not accounting for game traffic on Sunday. Our host, David was responsive and friendly. We'll be back next year. Go Bills!

Great property and great location
Our second time staying at the property. Quiet neighborhood. The condition and amenities are terrific. The location is great as you can easily get downtown in 10 minutes, Niagara Falls in 20 minutes, or head up into historic Williamsville in 5 minutes. Highly recommend.

Good neighborhood very clean could use a few more kitchen utensils and frying pan but all the basics were there and beds very comfortable. Location was great also quick ride to Niagara and close to grocery store.

Good for what we needed
We needed a house to hold eight people near another family members house In this area. This did just that. There were four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The entire layout was a little smaller than we normally stay in but we just needed this for a night and for sleeping so it did work out. Property was clean. When you use the pullout sofa it does block the people in the further bedroom basically into their room but if you don’t mind climbing over the bed it’s fine. Put people in that room that don’t have to wake up in the middle of the night to pee and you’ll be fine.

Nice spot
It was a nice spot, my Mom really liked it. Some of the beds weren't very comfortable, but some of us slept very well. The place was immaculate. The check-in and check-out process was a no-brainer. The only issue was that it wasn't as close to Niagara Falls as we originally thought, but we had already booked it and there were no other options given the last-minute nature of the booking. Overall a great experience.

Great stay
The location was great, close to downtown only 15 minutes! The check in process was so easy & the place was overall very pleasant! The only issue is the beds- the frame had snapped on the one in the front bedroom leaving it unusable for the night when sitting on it, not a huge issue but the frames should be replaced. Other than that the stay was great

Halloween in Buffalo
My friends and I very much enjoyed our stay here. The property is well kept, up to date, and sleeps a good number. The four bedrooms and three full bathrooms gave everyone plenty of space and the pullout added a fifth sleeping area. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Buffalo area as it is a ten minute drive to downtown Buffalo but also a short drive to other areas such as The University at Buffalo.

Pretty much as described . Quiet neighborhood a lot of local markets in the area to stock up on what you need. Glad we only stayed for 2 nights instead of a week we wouldn’t have survived the beds 😩not comfortable at all more like hard cots in each room.

I liked the AC in the house and the cleanliness in general. Nice neighborhood. The honer is so respectful and deals with customers with respect. The only thing was just a simple miscommunication about beds in some rooms. The information confirmed some double queen beds in some rooms, while they are just one queen bed in each room. It was enough for my family and I. Thanks

Long weekend visit to University at Buffalo
We stayed Cheektowaga from Friday through Sunday while we checked out UB and Niagara Falls. The unit is virtually brand new on the inside and boasts 4 cozy bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the outskirts of the centrally located living room and kitchen. Great for multiple families staying together or a single family with multiple children. The owner was extremely responsive and detailed. The home has all the basic necessities such as kitchenware, pots, pans, toilet paper etc. we bought some food and didn’t have to go nuts stocking it with extras. There’s tons on things to do in the area and even more if you venture off 30 minutes or so in any direction. Would definitely stay again for one of our many future trips to visit my nephew in UB! TYSM Brian and Sergio for a wonderful and very hospitable stay😄!

Hidden Gem
This property is amazing and very accommodating with the 2 en suite bathrooms. The space is decorated very well and the host has provided several accommodating amenities. If I need to return to the Buffalo area I will stay here again.
