Best Western on the Avenue
Check in and out was a breeze, room was as expected: clean and comfortable. 24hr coffee and tea was a nice perk. Hotel was conviently located within walking distance from the Kleinhans Music Hall and some great local watering holes. Great price!

Sleep Inn & Suites Buffalo Airport
The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was surprisingly nice, however its a bit outdated and the furniture is beat up. There was also a slight cigarette smell in our room.

Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino
The main feature of the room was a jacuzzi that did not work. No one came to look at it/fix it when we alerted them. No other similar rooms were available for a switch, and because we booked through expedia/3rd party we weren't eligible for any discounts/refunds...
