Booked the night before because was arriving early morning but as the room was sold again it was not ready . So I had to find another hôtel after a 12 hours flight! Not so serious!

El apartamento no fue vendido nuevamente. Eso no es verdad. Estuvo libre todo el día anterior. Usted llegó un lunes a las 7 de la mañana, por el horario el apartamento no estaba listo, los domingos no tenemos servicio de limpieza. Se le pidió una espera de 1 hora en nuestros salones de descanso y esparcimiento y no aceptó y decidió irse. Por el inconveniente no le cobramos nuestra política de cancelacion teniendo derecho a ello y perdimos todos los días que reservo.
