"Typhoon hit Palawan so our trip was cancelled. Every other one of our hotels refunded the money except this hotel. Will be claiming it through credit card dispute."

"When we arrived, the lady and her husband said there were no rooms available, offered us alcohol and asked if she could bring us to another pension house. We decided to check it out. She took us a block away, opened a large metal garage door, and asked if we wanted to stay there. It was sketchy and felt unsafe. We left and went to the Four Points instead. We’ll be pursuing a refund. Honestly this person should be banned from Expedia."
