Welcome to the Rapid Ranch in beautiful Buena Vista, Colorado! When you stay with us you will have unblocked views of Mt. Princeton from the spa to the couch. We also have a large game room including a pool table, ping pong table and a dart board for you to enjoy. And if you bring your furry friends we have a fenced in back yard for your convenience or a fenced in dog walking park right accross the road!

Great for medium sized groups and pet friendly

Property has 3 queen beds in the bedrooms and a large sectional couch. Good sized backyard for your dog and one of the best views in Buena Vista. It's right off the highway, but you could barely hear traffic unless you have the windows open.Property is clean and well stocked with a breeze of a check in process and friendly owners.

Great stay in Buena Vista

We had two fantastic nights in The Rapid Ranch House after a week of camping up at Twin Lakes. The house was great! Everything was clean and well maintained. Each teenager had their own room, which was huge plus. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool table and pingpong. Highly recommend this house.

Simply served us

We were in BV for a wedding but spent three days leading up to that Fly Fishing. The property had a great location and all we needed. Very close to grocery,Fly shop, downtown BV just a few minutes away. The hot tub looks out at the marvelous view of the mountains.

Beautiful view!

This house has everything you need and everything you want. We played ping pong, darts and lounged in the hot tub! We loved the view and watched the sunset from the front window. Just a short drive or long walk to town and has very comfy beds! Thank you for having such a wonderful place.

Just right!

We had a great experience staying at The Rapid Ranch! Easy location in town with plenty of parking. House had all the supplies we needed. Hot tub was excellent. Had plenty of room for all of us plus our dogs. It is right off the main highway so traffic noise is a tad loud. Other than that, a great place to stay!

Great place to stay

Family of 5, 3 skiers for Ski Monarch, easy access to hywy for 40 min commute. Grocery and liquor store are nearby for those forgotten items. Water heater went out(tripped fuse) called owner and had access to fuse box with one phone call, Fixed quick. Hot tub and a cocktail is very nice after a day of skiing !! Thank you, The Baker's

A great visit to Mt Princeton area

The location was perfect, just out of town but close enough for a beautiful walking path and an ease to walk or drive into town. The property is kept up nicely, instructions for recycle and garbage along with water and furnace were clearly marked and all appliances worked nicely. The house was very clean and tidy and very very welcoming. Hot tub was a lovely addition to our stay and the neighborhood is quiet and well kept. The beds were comfy and we enjoyed the game room. The kitchen gadgets were helpful, coffee grinder and French press being our favorites as we enjoyed the local Brown Dog coffee roasters close by.

Sweet lottle spot, close to everything

This place is wonderful for a getaway in the mountains. We went to Mt. Princeton and this was the perfect homebase for us. The house was clean and the bed was ultra comfy. Only thing we could complain about was the lack of privacy for the hottub. A privacy screen would be perfect. If you park your vehicle just right you can block the view passing cars. Other than that its a great place to stay for a couple of days.

The house was Great!! It was very clean and had everything that we needed for our mom/son hiking weekend. I am a clean freak and the place was spotless. Alex was easy to communicate with and check in was seamless. Location was great and easy walk into town. We left the car in the driveway for most of the weekend. We didn't use the pool table, ping pong table or dart board but they were in a great space and would be awesome for a family with kids or people of any age. We enjoyed the hot tub and views of Mount Princeton which never gets old! We will definitely stay again because it was awesome! Thanks again, Alex!

Fun, convenient place in Buena Vista

It was a great place for our family of 5! Close enough and convenient to town while still getting to enjoy the view of Mt. Princeton. We enjoyed the ping pong table, billiards, and darts during our down time. I hadn’t realized there was not air conditioning however the temps cooled off at night so that was helpful as well as the one window fan provided. The hot tub located in the front yard provided an amazing view of the mountains. We appreciated the fully equipped kitchen of spices, oil, and coffee. The beds were comfortable and gave us great sleep during our time there. We loved this home overall and our only suggestions would be 2 additional bedroom window fans, window screens in living area, towels for the hot tub, and having the clean dishes in dishwasher put up from prior guests. Thanks for providing a great place for our family!

Wonderful Trip to Buena Vista

We had a great trip! The house was super clean. White fresh bedding. Super inviting! Not cluttered at all, very minimal modern decor. Loved that there was a fenced in backyard for dogs too. My son was in love with the game room and played ping pong any chance he got. Perfectly stocked kitchen for us to cook a majority of our meals. The shower was acting up while we were there but Alex was amazing. Got in touch with me within minutes of my outreach to rectify. Incredible communication and a great host! Thank you Alex! Only thing to note - which I knew after reading other reviews. The home is about a 20 minute walk from the downtown Main Street. We did it several times. It is also backed up to the main highway, so if you have a door/window open you will get highway noise. Not bad at night. But worth noting.

Everything was so clean and wonderful. My friend and I came on a girls trip without our kids for the weekend… so the hot tub, easy walking path across the street, and close distance to everything was really nice for a short stay! Would definitely come back!
