Aspen View is approximately 5 minutes from downtown Buena Vista and has easy access to Cottonwood Pass, both Mt. Princeton and Cottonwood Hot springs, local drive-in movie theatre, hiking trails, rafting, horseback riding, fishing and many other outdoor adventures to be found in Buena Vista.

This home is a wonderful fit for a family or for couples.

PROPERTY
The home is located in a quiet neighborhood. Expansive views of the beautiful Sawatch mountain range, framed by 14,000 foot Mt. Princeton are highlighted from the property. The home is just minutes from the Buena Vista Rodeo Grounds, downtown Buena Vista and The Barn at Sunset Ranch.

The kitchen has modern, updated appliances and it is stocked with everything you need to cook your meals away from home. We also provide local coffee from The Buena Vista Roastery & a welcome basket full of goodies for our guests.

This is one of the best VRBO’s we’ve ever rented. This home was clean and well stocked. The location was very convenient. The hosts left a lovely welcome basket. We were all very comfortable. We would love to stay here again when visiting Buena Vista!

Honeymoon trip

Beautiful accommodation, very clean and cozey. Easy access to town with lots of beautiful shops, restaurants, and of course the beautiful views of the mountains. Will definitely be bringing the kids next time for a family trip. Highly recommended, hoast is also very friendly and informative on the area. Gave us great recommendations for our anniversary/ honeymoon dinner.

We had a great stay here for the Leadville Trail 100 taking place up the road. We used the house as base camp for our group. Easy access to/from town. Check in/out instructions were straightforward. Would stay here again!

A beautiful home, in a quiet neighbourhood just a short drive outside of the main town centre. Very well equiped kitchen, which had everything you would need. The host was very responsive and helpful, our party needed the access details the evening before arriving, as we came over from England, we didn't have internet whilst travelling.

Perfect home away from home!

My wife and I have always been very fortunate in the VRBO’s we have stayed at; this one is at the top of the list! Not only is it clean, comfortable and cozy, the owners have gone beyond what is expected. We were pleasantly surprised at the little extras and heartily recommend staying here. The location is perfect for all activities one wishes, with close access to downtown Buena Vista. Side trips to Salida and Leadville are also a short drive away. We have visited this region several times and when we return to BV, this will be our first choice!

Aspen View Home

Had the great privilege to call this, quaint and cozy spot, home for two days! This home featured all basic amenities to make us feel right at home. Appreciated the tea basket and snacks, the thoughtful hygiene products available and was surprised to see that there was a pack and play on site. Although we didn’t bring our little one- this home is geared up to make any family feel right at home. Thank you for a great stay!

We were beyond thrilled with our stay at Aspen View in Buena Vista, CO. The home was one of the best our family has ever stayed in. You could tell the hosts take great pride in their property. We had a seamless experience from beginning to end. Jessica and Nick were readily available and highly communicative when we needed anything. Beautiful! Amazing Views! Exceptionally Clean

We loved this VRBO. The listing is very accurate. The house was so clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Communication with the owner was very prompt, check-in and check-out was simple. The house is in an extremely nice, quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well supplied, and the welcome basket was nice with snacks and other items provided. They also provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, as well as disposable razors and individually wrapped toothbrushes, in case you forget yours. It is close to town, and we enjoyed several of the restaurants recommended by the owners in the welcome book; Crave (pizza & pasta), Jade Garden (Chinese), Eddyline Brewery (we had the fish-n-chips). We would recommend all of those restaurants. I would highy recommend this VRBO, and would definitely stay here again.
