"We were able to upgrade to a breakfast and AC which made it nice. The doors to the bathroom didn’t close. Periodically there was a smell like sewage in the hallways, but it was only a smell. The beds were clean. The floors were clean. The bathroom does not get hot water. But most places there don’t. We did not try the pool, but just know the public can come there to swim during the day. It also cost 15 cedi per day to swim. Security was okay. There is a taxi hub nearby which is nice. ...

"Every staff member was so attentive. And so that was really wonderful. I work very hard to keep the property clean. My only suggestion for a major opportunity for improvement would be to make a deal with owner of the travel company with the loud speaker blaring “Sorry sorry sorry, Buena Park, Buena Park!” Blasting on the loud speaker from six in the morning continuously until 6, 7, 8 in the evening. It's not fair to the hotel guests/residents. Would still recommend. Thank you American Mall. ;-)"
