The nearby town of Bude (1.5 miles) boasts a wide range of shops, restaurants, craft shops and a choice of three sandy beaches, as well as a sea pool and golf course. The north coast of Cornwall and Devon is renowned for its rugged coastline and picturesque fishing villages including Clovelly, Tintagel, Boscastle and Port Isaac, all within 30 miles, and you can enjoy the dramatic views from the South West Coast Path. Family attractions nearby include The Milky Way, The Big Sheep, Trethorne Leisure Park and Tamar Lakes with its wealth of water sports, superb fishing and great walk, all within 23 miles.

On arrival, you will not be disappointed, with a floor to ceiling glass window entrance hall, sweeping staircase to the first floor and vaulted ceiling, this truly is a special property. Doors open up into the heart of this abode into an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, the perfect social space to catch up with family and friends.
