Transport was very close. Eating options were very close. Hotel is not very clean. When ever you reach the counter for any issue there response is that they cannot do anything until manager comes back and manager is there just in the morning. Manager was very helping but overall it is not worth the price as it is not what you would expect from a 4 star and for the price you pay.

My room was extremely hot. Found it too warm to sleep. Was told only the AC was working but that they were aware it was not cooling effectively. Could have used a fan in the room at least. Otherwise staff was helpful and stay was good.

Great location and helpful staff. Beds comfy, however the rooms were a bit worn down and dated. Plenty of restaurants and cafes, but parking extremely expensive.

I had a bad experience the first night. They had issues with pipes and there was no running water. Then heater was not working. They fixed all the next day. Front desk manager Atilla was extremely helpfull.

Convenient and good location
I would honestly stay here again, it's so convenient and close to almost everything. Definitely a good central hotel, clean and the staff is so friendly and helpful.

Excellent place in down town. Close to a lot of touristic places. I didn´t like the poor maintenance; the curtains fell and no one came to fix it. The refrigerator was broken and no one came to fix it. I think they can do better.

On arrival we were given a room with overhead shower on a deep bathtub which was impossible for me to use. Fortunately a room with a walk in shower was available. The room was cold the aircon didn’t work but we were able to open the window. The lighting was shocking, only one chair available to sit on, a horrible carpet all very outdated.The restaurant was beautiful but only open for breakfast which was a shame. Very limited food menu in the bar. The staff were pleasant.

This property locates just upstairs of metro and many bus stops. However, this hotel is super SUPER DIRTY and old. I never see any hotel dirtier than this one. Hair on the pillow case, iniside towel, on the bed. And there are countless hair on the floor and nobody hoovers it. I also saw other guests also argue with the reception for the cleaning issue. Really hope you don't try it. Too dirty!

I like the location most! Also the people work there are super nice and friendly. Room is very clean and in style. The lobby area is quite comfortable. Just across the street is the famous supermarket and public transit stop, very easily to go everywhere.
