Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment throughout their stay, ensuring complete privacy and comfort.

The apartment door is locked and unlocked using a smart lock. To operate the lock, guests must download the required application and register in it before arrival.

Independent self-check-in is available, and detailed access instructions will be provided before arrival.

The building is equipped with an lift. However, the apartment is not wheelchair accessible and may not be suitable for elderly guests or guests with limited mobility.

The apartment is managed by IMMOCTO. We are available every day and happy to assist before and during your stay. Messages are answered as quickly as possible to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
