Sebastiano and his associate Viki were wonderful! From constant communication to meeting us at the apartment and explaining everything. We also got some great restaurant recommendations. The apartment itself is very clean and comfortable with an unbeatable location. Everything is within a 15-20 minute walk. Bus stops and Metro are very convenient as well

The apartment is the perfect size with everything you could need. The location on Budapest is excellent and you can easily walk to anything in central Budapest. Sebastiano made check in super easy and made sure I was taken care of during my stay.

Top appartment in center Boedapest

A few steps from St-Stephansbasilica, ten minutes walk tot chainbridge or Parlement though quiet street and appartment: you can't find a better location 'downtown' Pest. Perfectly clean, all things needed for sleeping, shower, cooking, washing, ... available. Plus a very helpfull , friendly and hospitable host!

Just what you need for a short break in this beautiful city. Many of the main attractions are within walking distance with plenty of bars/restaurants nearby. Sebastiano couldn’t have been more helpful, easy to contact and the apartment is clean and comfortable.

A nice cozy clean apartment in a great location on small street between opera house and st stephens basilica- can easily walk to most sites but also to metro and tram. Seba is a great host- extremely responsive to all questions !

Great location in the center of the city. Wonderful restaurants close by. Sebastiano is a very gracious host. I broke the washing machine but we worked out the situation satisfactorily. Budapest is a great place to visit

Clean. Well equipped. Our contact person in Budapest was always on time when meeting us to check in and out, super friendly, informative and helpful. Location is walking distance to everything-restaurants, grocery, pharmacy, Danube, shopping, and tourist attractions. Everything in the apartment worked, plenty of outlets and lighting, great appliances in the kitchen and a washing machine for clothes. Stairs to the loft area will not be suitable for everyone-that said we are 66 and 68 and had no problem. (My only thought to improve the apartment would be a freshening coat of paint.)

Very centrally located place ! The host was very helpful and positive. His advise was very practical. Everything in the apartment was good . Slight issue was with the beds placed on mezzanine floor with very narrow wooden stairs leading to it . Host was awesome.

We stay at this holiday let apartment on the basis of previous reviews for 8 nights. Property is basic furnished, clean and in the central Budapest. There are many attractions merely waking distance, transport and dining, shopping ect., Things we didn't like about this apartment are wooden floor in the living room which make cracking noise when you walk on it. The stairs going to mazzanine floor bedroom also make lot of noise when you walk on it cause disturbance to sleep. Stairs steps too narrow and are higher than normal, making step down not very safe. Shower tray is bit flimsy too.

Wow, what a location!

Couple minutes walk to the Basilica, Opera House and several pedestrian plazas. Coffee shop right next door. Ice cream across the street. Bar a couple doors down. Fantastic location. Apartment is clean and well equipped. Would stay there again without hesitation. Sebastiano was extremely helpful with check-in and local recommendations including restaurants, things to see sites and the best ruin bar!

Great little apartment!

I highly recommend Sebastiano’s apartment. The location can’t be beat, within walking distance to the Metro, restaurants, shopping and lots of the sights in Budapest. The apartment was clean, stocked with all the essentials one might need, and located in a beautiful old courtyard building. Sebastiano was a great host, providing directions to the apartment, meeting me there to check us in and then giving me lots of tips on things to do and see. We will come back here again!

Perfect location very central in Pest. Sebastiano was a great host, happy to share local knowledge and handled our late arrival with excellent videos and instructions.The apartment has everything you'd need for a short stay and some nice bonuses like flipflops to take to the baths.All I would say is if you are infirm, you will want to avoid the stairs leading up to the bedroom / mezzanine. I think the sofa can become a bed if needed.Otherwise, the apartment is fairly accessible and there is a lift in the building.Great experience for us. Would stay here again.

Fantastic location, brilliant host

We loved our stay here, the apartment is super central with the Basilica at the end of the road. We walked everywhere including to the Szechenyi Baths which were a little further out. The apartment is really cozy, very comfy bed and a smart TV with Netflix etc. Sebastian is a brilliant host and gave us some recommendations which we checked out almost all of them and loved them. We got coffee and pastries every morning from 9Bar next door ☺️ would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Best Kept Secret

Out of the four places I stayed while traveling, this property was the best! Location was centrally located near St. Stephen Basilica and public transportation. It was so easy to find, and the host greeted me at the building entrance to give me a tour. He showed me how to get into the building as well as a full tour of the apartment. The spot was so clean and had a full kitchen and even a gas stove. Living room was comfortable, and bed was great. I would definitely recommend staying here, and I hope to get this or something else he owns for my next visit to Budapest.

Perfect base to explore this fantastic city!

The apartment is in one of Budapest's beautiful courtyard apartment blocks, with St Stephen's Basilica literally at the end of the street! Super friendly cafe next door (9Bar), lovely handmade ice cream shop across the road. The apartment is in a fantastic central position for exploring the city. Sebastiano was so friendly and helpful. He met us at the apartment to check us in and out, and recommended a lovely restaurant and other places to visit. Budapest is a great city to visit with teens - cool ruin bars, relaxing spa baths, fascinating history, beautiful architecture. We had a great stay!
