"The location is really great because although it’s not in the center of all the “main” tourist sites, it does have nice local restaurants and shops near. It was also easy to access the public transportation. It was clean and staff was beyond helpful and nice! The price is super affordable and would definitely go back!"

"Positives - room and food were good. Lovely, helpful porter. However, check in very slow - we arrived @ 2pm - told to come back @ 3pm, by which time there was a long queue! Restaurant service very slow on evening that we were heading out to a concert. Biggest issue was dangerous shower over bath - exit via sloping end around fixed shower panel, with grab rail at other end! My husband slipped resulting in large bruise. Despite this, hotel were unable to provide non-slip mat."
