"The property is very centrally located and an easy walk to the centre of town. Plenty of restaurants etc nearby and a Tesco round the corner. Beds were comfortable and I liked that one room had twin beds. Communication with the team was very good. Please note that parking is not included (I had thought a permit might be provided during our stay but check in details received the day before advised us to use a car park nearby). "The overall aspect of the property was misleading, the property wasn't of a standard that I would expect from a Vrbo property or any rental property, the cleanliness was far from acceptable, massive cobwebs in a few rooms, stains on carpets, rugs that we really a bad trip hazards, the one at the top of the stairs which we moved, sofa bed not fit for purpose, stains on bedding, dishwasher didn't clean properly, no welcome pack, lights in the small bedroom wasn't working, mold and grime build up...

Citadines City Centre Liverpool

Citadines City Centre Liverpool

10/10 Excellent
"Based in the heart of walkable Liverpool, Citadines City Centre had everything we needed. We booked a room with a kitchenette and a washer and dryer, which were nice additions. The room was a comfortable size with enough space for multiple suitcases. The front desk staff were all very helpful and friendly. The only con was that towards the end of our stay, our key cards kept deactivating. We got locked outside our room once, and the second time got stuck in the elevator. Luckily, the front desk is on the 1st floor, so it was just a short walk up to have them reactivated. Overall, I would 100% stay here again."
