"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sugar Creek Retreat. The space was perfect for our family of 8. The lower story game room and yard access was ideal for our 16-25 yo kids. They were able to go in and out to kayak, build a campfire, or sit on the porch without our elderly mother and dog being disturbed. The walls seemed to be well insulated for noise control, as well. The main floor common area had plenty of room for all of us to gather and watch tv or eat meals. The multiple porches were nice because everyone could “find a space” out of the main flow without being isolated. The kayaks and fire pit were used every day of our stay. We are already planning another trip to the area and we hope to stay at Sugar Creek again. "
