Are you searching for a secluded escape where you can check out of the hustle and bustle of everyday life and into a tranquil, rejuvenating atmosphere full of amenities to make you feel at home away from home? Good news…you have found Peachy Pines – our beautiful Lake Sinclair hillside hideaway where your worries will be left at the door!
The Space: Nestled into the natural Georgia tree canopy, this remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom open-floor plan home offers a welcoming retreat full of cozy nooks to lose yourself in a great novel or take a deserving nap after a long day of fun lake activities. We strived to create a space where you and yours can tune out the world and in with each other, and we hope that you find it as charming as we do!
Upon arrival, you will find ample parking for all your needs including a carport with (2) covered spaces. If interested, please reach out about the RV hookup! Around back, we have an expansive multi-tiered deck space with a large covered and uncovered portion that is perfect for soaking in the late morning and afternoon rays. Take in the stunning water views while indulging in a grilled feast or sipping a glass of freshly chilled bubbly from the outdoor fridge.
Meander on down the enchantingly lit steps through the trees to the dock. While the boat lift is occupied, there is plenty of space for you to tie up your watercraft of choice after dropping in at one of the many local launches. If simply floating in the water is more your speed, jump right into the 6 foot water off of the dock’s end. After cooling off, crack open a cold one in a comfortable adirondak chair while you stare across the glistening water. Our location offers the best of both worlds – the peace and quiet of a cove perfect for paddle boarding and kayaking to the estuary at the end, and wide-water views across to the other side. Don’t forget to bring your rods; there’s great fishing right off the dock!
The open floor plan contains two separate ‘living room’ seating areas including one pull-out couch, a dining table that accommodates 6, and a fully renovated kitchen with granite, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets, and a large peninsula with seating perfect for serving family style.
The spacious primary bedroom is on one side of the house with a private ensuite bathroom. On the other side of the house you will find the hall bathroom, a second queen bedroom and a third bedroom with (2) twin XL’s. The second and third bedrooms both have walk-in closets to store your luggage while the primary has a large dresser.
Peachy Pines is a thoughtfully designed oasis perfect for couples and groups alike! While it’ll be easy to lose track of time enjoying all of the amenities, you’re also only a short drive to historic Milledgeville which offers restaurants, cute shops, and all of your normal everyday conveniences. By boat, you can get to the main channel and marinas in no time!
Please feel free to message us with any questions you may have about the property or the surrounding areas – we are more than happy to help!

Peachy Pines was the perfect lake stay. The decor was super cute and welcoming. The house had everything we needed for our stay. The lake is amazing. Loved sitting down on the dock taking in the views. We would definitely stay again!
Perfect getaway, accommodating owners, great communication and clean. The owners have done a fantastic job making this place comfortable for their guest.
My family of 5 truly enjoyed our stay and the home was exactly what we were expecting. Home was clean, had everything we needed for our relaxing weekend, and the area was perfect for kayaking/fishing. Host was great with communication and check-in process was simple. We hope to book again in the future.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Peachy Pines as a getaway from the city for Labor Day weekend. The house was clean, fully stocked with everything we needed, and designed beautifully. It is even prettier than the pictures! The part of Lake Sinclair the house is one is perfect for floating, swimming, and kayaking. Greg the host was very friendly and communicative and ensured we had everything we needed for our stay. I recommend it for a relaxing weekend with family or friends. The neighbors were very nice as well!
We stayed at Peachy Pines for a long weekend before our two oldest left for college. It was the perfect place for our family. The boys got up every morning (before dawn) to fish while I got breakfast ready! We had a relaxing weekend full of family time! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need - even certain spices that I had forgotten!
The only downside is that the closest store is 30 min away, so just make sure you have a everything you need!
We will most definitely stay at Peachy Pines again!
We spent the week of Thanksgiving in Sparta. Greg and Brandon were wonderful and very responsive. The WiFi went out on us the first day. It was a county wide issue and completely out of their control but they kept us updated. We had some issues with the hot water and Brandon handled it immediately! They actually had a plumber come out the night before Thanksgiving to install a new water heater! That was amazing! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend them to be your host at this amazing getaway!
Sooooo relaxing.... Everything seems like it was carefully put together to provide a relaxing space, but it's also got a lot of character. My two friends and I (all moms who wanted a weekend away from the noise) looked at a lot of places, and this one was an immediate favorite because of its personality. And arriving in-person didn't disappoint. Very cute, but also very functional and enjoyable. Note that there is no dishwasher, if that's important to you. The property is quiet and calm. Loved the hammock in the back yard. There were also very few boats on the lake on any given day. (We were there over a holiday weekend in November.)
Overall, this house is nicely decorated and located in a quiet location on this beautiful lake. We enjoyed the water and sitting on the dock in the evenings relaxing and fishing. We brought our own kayaks and though there's not a slip to get them in and out there are places to tie up so you can leave them in the water once you get them in. The back porch is great, just know that it's directly under a tree so you might have to clean the furniture and decks before you can sit out there. It seems to be an older house that's been remodeled so be aware that some of the doors get stuck when fully closed. We couldn't figure out the audio on the TV. We noticed the fridge wasn't getting cold and contacted Greg. He is replacing the unit. We did have some issues with roaches and rats. We contacted the Greg and he assured us that the pest control company had been out prior to our stay and that he would have them out again to assess the situation. Hopefully this was just our luck since the other reviews are so positive!
We enjoyed our whole stay. If I may make a comment. There are so many spider waves and spiders. We did cleaned it up but I don’t know if you can do anything. We enjoyed our stay that we would definitely stay again.
Had a wonderful, relaxing stay. The home was very well-appointed and was actually nicer than it looked in the photos. And kudos to whomever is responsible for folding the towels -- loved the attention to detail, made it very spa-like. Would definitely stay again.
My family and I enjoyed the week we spent at Peachy Pines! Greg, the property owner, was prompt to respond and a pleasure to work with. We found the property clean and stocked with all of the essential items we needed. The location was perfect for to swim at the dock and to use our SUPs - very limited boat traffic. Would love to visit again sometime!
This is exactly what we needed. The property and location exceeded our expectations. The check in was smooth and correspondence before arrival was great. The house had all that we needed and most importantly it was so clean. We loved it and hope to come back.
We really enjoyed our stay at Peachy Pines. The house was clean and the view of the lake was fantastic. We had an issue when we arrived but Greg was very responsive and was able to get it fixed very quickly. The WiFi and cell phone reception was very good. We would definitely stay here again.
Peachy Pines was our first experience of vacationing on a lake after 60+ years as beach owners and lovers. We stayed 4 nights in mid October. The location was so peaceful with beautiful view of water from house and deck plus an amazing dock. The neighbors were friendly and helpful. The home was CLEAN ( most important to me), good beds and linens, and a thoughtfully stocked kitchen. The decor was just the perfect blend of style and cozy / comfort but uncluttered, Location was just remote enough to quiet our routine habits of coming / going, but easy to go to fun restaurants for lunch. Host was great to work with. We enjoyed all of it and would definitely visit again.
