"We stayed at Cherry Valley Hotel on our way to D.C. and loved it so much that we stayed there on our return trip. The grounds are gorgeous with the gazebo and pond and strings of light. Highly recommended!"

"We had a great time at Buckeye Lake. Close to the north boat ramp and The Boat Yard. It was nice being able to sit by the water and watch fireworks, or walk down to grab a drink or a meal and some entertainment. House is a double with one of the owners on the other half. Some small maintenance items were needed. A running toilet, drawers that tried to fall out, sticking doors. But VERY minor. The location makes up for it. Family room doesn’t have a couch. It has a love seat , and two sitting chairs. Also only 2 chairs on the patio. Neighbors were also really nice and everyone around there was so friendly and social. Overall, a really nice place to stay. "

"Perfect, cozy place right on the water for my husband, 15 year old son and myself. We just needed a short, relaxing getaway to do a little fishing, walking and recharging. The Boatyard for dinner and Dips on the Lake for dessert were perfect and walking distance. "
