"Upon arriving the room was very dirty, towels were dingy the bedspread had a huge hole in it there were holes punched in the walls the bathroom towel rack had fallen off the wall. The pictures also show a hot tub and there is NO hot tub it has been filled in with concrete. Breakfast stops at 9am most days we weren’t even awake to get breakfast. There was no deadbolt part of the lock was there but not both pieces so we could deadbolt the door, and the tv did not work! Overall the room was...
