"For the price that is being charged per night, the hotel could use more updates. The bed were really comfortable but the air in the room felt stale and humid. The TVs are old so they are not smart TVs where you can stream Netflix etc. The restaurant is ok, again, for the prices that are being charged, the chef could be a little more creative and more seafood options should be available. The food was good but not amazing. The staff are really friendly and helpful."

"The home has an expansive deck and the view is stunning. The house itself is dated and has many different areas separated by doors or walls. Only 3 private bedrooms, which is not a lot for a 5000 sq ft home. Need a car to get to any amenities. Walking for exercise is on street with no sidewalk. Managed by Vacasa. No actionable response to concerns. Just lip service. Cleaning was minimal and even bedding and towels were not clean. Quite substandard. No help from Vacasa except “we will contact local person”, which was not done. They just wanted me to take pictures- which I took several- and still only “we will add to your case”. Would not stay again due to property management, not necessarily the place. "

"We rented to this house for a relaxing girls getaway and hit the spot! We never drove anywhere because we just wanted to watch the water, stroll on the beach and relax. It was a very quiet neighborhood and not many people around. We did appreciate the heads up on the ants and they really weren’t bad at all. We just kept things cleaned up. We would definitely stay again.!"

"This place right on the water was the perfect sect for my family who was visiting Kingston for my aunt’s memorial. We were able to have enough space for all of our adult people to have their own space but also hang together and connect and remember our aunt in a gorgeous setting. Can’t wait to come again with my own immediate family for a long weekend or quick getaway."

"I stayed here as a home away from home for 3 months due to a huge renovation going on at my house. It was just right. I was able to cook & could have used an outdoor grill but it was mostly winter while I stayed. The bed was so comfortable that I plan to get one for my guest room. The view - stunning. Night time sounds of thousands of tree frogs which was super cool. My basset hound loved it even more than I did as it had easy access to a nice big yard & easy walks right out the front door. My only thing was the shower was a beautiful claw foot tub I had to climb in & out of (only because I’m 66 yo & short :-) But, I was on slow-down mode & took more baths than I do when I’m home because I’m always so busy. So I really can’t complain about that. The area is really special. Just down the road from one of the most spectacular beaches on our peninsula- Point No Point. There are a couple very nice places for a hot meal & groceries. Host Darcy was super wonderful & nice to have found a new friend & neighbor. I will be recommending Ravens Nest to future visitors & highly recommend to anyone needing a place on the Kitsap peninsula near so many beautiful places to visit - Hoh Rainforest, Pacific coast, Seattle etc. Thank you Darcy!!
