Condominium 603 is a beautiful and well-lit studio for 1-2 people with a king bed, fully equipped with kitchen, washer and dryer, air conditioning, safe, closet, TV, internet, desk, dining room, doors and windows, with double glass and a balcony with views of the city and the mountains. It is prepared to rent together with unit 602 for a larger group or separately with sufficient privacy.

Located a few steps from one of the most beautiful beaches in Banderas Bay in Bucerias, the Marsala condominium is a new building built in a beautiful modern style, which has only 15 units that share an elevator, a roof terrace with beautiful views of the ocean, with a heated infinity pool, lounge chairs, umbrellas, a shaded common area with a pergola, with bathrooms, chairs, tables and a gas grill.
