The property is located on the second floor of an exclusive boutique development with only three units. This cozy apartment is perfect for a couple looking for a peaceful and extended stay in Bucerías.

Just three blocks from the beach and surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets, banks, a casino, and the area’s top hospital, the location couldn’t be better.
The space features a king-size bed, fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, living room, bathroom, TV, air conditioning, safe, closet, and a spacious terrace—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or tequila while enjoying the sunset.
The pool, shared only with two other units, is ideal for a refreshing morning swim or relaxing after a day at the beach. The apartment also includes a beach kit with towels and chairs to take with you.
