Property was amazing, location was perfect and the house is well equipped. Beds/baths were very comfortable and the restaurants in Bucerias are outstanding. No reason to cook!!

Amazing spot
Not in the chaos of PV. Very quiet beach front. Beautiful home and excellent communication with the host. Only thing I wasn’t aware of going into this was that the pool is shared with two other villas

Location, location, location!
Our stay at Casa Caracol was fantastic. As the title says, the location is perfect. You are just a couple minutes walk to great restaurants, groceries, liquor store, etc. yet the property is quiet and you feel as though you are out of the way. We loved that there were designated tables, chairs and lounge chairs for our villa. The villa has everything you need - we were so happy to have the cooler for our day on the fishing boat! The pool is clean and the yard is great. It was really enjoyable sharing the pool and beach space with the other villas. We will definitely be back!

Great location
Overall this house is nice and it’s in a great location. Maybe needs an update and fresh paint. This house share a pool with the 2 other houses that are in the property so If you like privacy this house is not for you. We stay here in February, the pool it’s not heated so we never use the pool. Each house has grill which it’s not gas. We try to use ours but it was filthy, we had to use one from an other house that was empty. Overall we enjoy our stay in this house but it would had been nicer if the pool was heated.
