AWD and 4WD vehicles are recommended to access the property.

There is free parking on site.

All firearms must be disclosed to the host.

Up to 2 dogs are welcome with additional fees. No other animals are allowed without specific approval.

Due to our local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Firearms must be disclosed to host.

No scented pods or bath bombs in the hot tub. A fee may be incurred for damage to the filters. No small toys in the hot tub that may clog jets.

No loose trash in the garbage bins. That means, no water bottles, diapers, candy wrappers or any trash whatsoever. Trash must be placed in trash bags, tied up and then placed in the garbage bins on the porch. There will be a $100 fee if loose trash needs to be handpicked out of the bottom of the garbage bin.
