Our amazing 3-story townhouse includes a two-car garage located only 4 minutes to Kyle Field and Texas A&M University Campus, and even closer is Northgate, only 2 minutes! Explore one of College Stations' most cherished spots, the Dixie Chicken, with over 50 years of post-Aggie game celebrations!

On the first floor, features include a bedroom with a queen size bed, a workspace/vanity, a full bathroom with tub/shower combination, and a two-car garage. Be on the lookout for a new additional coffee bar and wine fridge so you don’t have to go upstairs for your morning coffee when staying in the first-floor suite. Being on the first floor this makes a perfect sweet for a family with a baby or your grandparents!
Heading up the beautiful wooden staircase, you will find the entertainment areas, the kitchen, dining, living area, and a half bath.

Chill the wine in the wine fridge and grab a glass to enjoy a late-night movie or conversation with friends or family in front of the 77-inch big-screen television and cozy seating!

The upscale kitchen with island and granite counters ensures you find all the essentials to make that perfect pre-gameday breakfast. Also included in the kitchen is a wine fridge and coffee bar w/Nespresso and Keurig. You will also have access to the dedicated workspace so you can work while watching dinner simmer.

Head up to the third floor where you will find the primary bedroom suite with the comfy king bed, balcony overlooking Aggieland, and the upscale full bath featuring double sinks and an oversized walk-in tile shower.

The third bedroom is also on the third floor with a twin bed, along with a full-size bunk bed set up with a twin-size trundle pull-out underneath for overflow. This bunk room sleeps 6 guests or all the kids and has its own full bathroom with granite counters and beautiful tile in the tub/shower.
