  • Mesa Verde is a two bedroom first floor apartment so close the A&M campus you can see Kyle Field from your dedicated parking space. From the King sized beds and 55" TV to the Joy Bird accent chair/leather sofa, this place has style, comfort, and convenience. This transitioning neighborhood is a colorful blend of Bryan community and Aggies. Mesa Verde is convenient to both Bryan and College Station, just off of Welborn drive.

    1.3 miles to Kyle Field
    - This is a very mixed neighborhood: there are grad students, undergrads, and community of Bryan residents in a colorful mix of races, ethnic backgrounds and socioeconomic status with multi-million dollar student high rises next door to community housing
