Howdy NEW RV & NICE Resort, 10mi to TX A&M, amenities galore included, sleeps 4!

Be our guest while leaving the work up to us and focus more on fun memories to be made at our NEW RV at a nice Resort!! It is located near the front with convenience & fun amenities that are included with your stay! Be sure to check out all the sports and water fun that are in the pictures! The NEW Alta East to West Rv & resort style living are easy access off of Hwy 6 about 10 mi to TAMU (w/light traffic.) The resort is near restaurants & town. We make it clean, comfy & relaxing as you get to lay your head down and focus on your family and friends instead of cleaning and Rv setups! Rv is loaded with necessities and comfy beds as reviewed! Let me treat you to an RV lifestyle that is great for any occasion at a clean, family & pet friendly location. It is perfect for gamedays or an event you’re traveling to, or a family vacay! It is stocked with items to use during your stay! The map is given at check-in & more. Easy self check-in with after 4 p.m with privacy. I will follow your lead yet give you my number (once confirmed) as my guest and I am your contact person at ALL times. I am ALL about your full experience as I am a former Aggie grad who knows how my hometown (from my childhood and on still…) fills up! It has a comfy queen bedroom w/storage on bottom & top/closets. An addtional couch makes out to a full if needed for 1 person. In addition it has 2 bunks in the back of the RV for children or tweens with added plugs for electronics. Price includes 4 people to use Rv and resort with amenities. Sleep 3 adults comfortably (1 master and 1 pull out) and 1 child/tween (twin bunk.) I would need to provide linens & extra items ahead of time for a head count and for use of the resort inclusions. New bedding throughout. Island kitchen fully stocked w/cooking supplies/pots etc…2024 camper bought brand new in 2025. On RV site there are big, hot showers as well! Full size wash items are supplied that are to remain w/camper but are provided if needed. Linens/towels, beach chairs, kitchen necessities are provided. Outdoor kitchen w/grill. Living room & bedroom with smart TV and heated electric fireplace! Charging station. Free wifi (codes given at check-in). The passcodes to the resort restrooms/shower/laundry/fitness/pool given as well. Large awning & area concrete area outside next to the outdoor kitchen with room to play! The resort area has a large pool, locked /closed off seperate showers, a. place to stay fit, entertainment room, pool, small lake, ping pong, hot tub, app operated laundry, theatre, pickle ball court/basketball court. 5 min or less to shopping/restaurants. It is set up for you fully ready with propane/water/gas grill. If you are not used to the RV lifestyle we can meet you to explain things if you prefer at check-in (otherwise self check-in).
