  • Brand new 3 bedroom and 3 bath home that sleeps 8 and includes Home Theater Seating and an Air Conditioned GAMEROOM! This home is a very short walk to Legends Event Center and a very short drive to both Texas A&M and Downtown Bryan. It also includes an 85” SMART TV and Home Theater Seating. The game room boasts: Ping Pong, Arcade Games, and Foosball. The driveway will accommodate 4 vehicles. Two bedrooms include single King Beds and en-suite baths and the third includes two bunk beds.

    Pet Fee: $60 plus HOT Taxes per pet (2 pet max)
