CANCELLATION: All polices will be followed as stated on each platform. In the event of a cancellation by the Guest, and depending on the channel used, any and all fees incurred by the host (including but not limited to the credit card processing fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE and a processing fee of $100 for the cancellation will be retained by the host. The remainder will be refunded to the guest within 10 business days.
-Pre-arrival form & rental agreement: we do ask for a copy of your ID as part of our guest screening process after the reservation is confirmed. You will also be asked to sign a rental agreement.
- Must be over 25 to rent this home.
- When you stay with ManageWay Vacation Rentals, you will be asked to go thru a Screening process thru Superhog and pay a $35 Damage Waiver. Coverage details are spelled out in your rental agreement. This is applied to directing bookings & VRBO bookings (this does not apply to Airbnb bookings).
- Pool Usage and Maintenance Fee:
Our property features an above-ground pool for your relaxation and enjoyment. To ensure it remains clean and safe for all guests, we kindly ask you to follow these guidelines:
1. **Proper Use**: Please follow all provided instructions for spa use. Avoid using any oils, lotions, or other substances that may contaminate the water.
2. **Hygiene**: Shower before using the spa to help maintain water quality.
3. **Drainage Fee**: If the spa requires draining and refilling due to improper use or excessive contamination during your stay, a maintenance fee of [800] will be charged.
We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the spa in excellent condition for everyone.
-Main renter must sign a waiver upon arriving to the property.
Pool Use & Maintenance Policy:
Please note that all pools on the property are outdoor pools, and as such, we cannot guarantee the absence of leaves, insects, or other naturally occurring debris. While we take great pride in maintaining clean and safe pool conditions, nature is beyond our control.
Our pools are professionally cleaned and chemically balanced weekly by Mobley Pools, and only Mobley Pools, the owners, or authorized staff are permitted to adjust or service the pool system. Guests are not allowed to alter or tamper with pool equipment at any time.
We do not provide daily pool cleanings during your stay. If a routine cleaning by Mobley Pools falls during your reservation, it must be allowed and cannot be declined. This is to ensure proper maintenance and safety for all guests.
In the rare event that chemical levels temporarily restrict use of the pool, we will notify you. However, we cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience caused by necessary maintenance or natural occurrences such as insects or debris.
- For liability and security purposes, there are external on the main house facing the front door, pool and off the garage. There are NO inside cameras. Hosts may monitor external cameras at any time via a smartphone app, and cameras are not to be tampered with or covered.

Pets are welcome but for a $150 one time fee PER pet and must be remitted BEFORE your check in. Dogs must be potty trained and house broken. Any pet urine stains found from any animal will result in a $250 fee being assessed plus the cost of any damages. Any additional damage done to the house by any animal will be charged full replacement cost and paid 100% by the guest. Any holes dug by dogs must be filled in or repaired prior to check out or a $150 will be assessed. No exceptions.
No candles, glitter, confetti, or plug in air fresheners are allowed. No tape or anything sticky is permitted on the walls or any part of the home. Please do not put nail holes or tape or anything that could damage the walls.
Smoking not allowed anywhere on the property.
Events are only allowed if APPROVED, a contract is to be signed and a minimum $250 fee will be assessed on top of booking amount. An Additional deposit will be required paid directly to owner of $500. Guests will be required to clean any trash and return the property back into the condition it was delivered. A $150 fee will be assessed is excess trash is left.
Trash is collected on Wednesday (must be placed out on Tuesday night as it is an early collection) and Recycling is collected every other Thursday. We will contact you about placing these items out if it occurs during your stay.
Please respect our neighbors. If you cannot do so, you will be asked to leave.
Please do not use our white washcloths or towels to remove your makeup. Please use the plain black towels or the black towels with “makeup” written on them. Any ruined towels will be charged to the guests ($10) to replace.
Guests are responsible for taking all personal items out of the property at or before check out. We include a reminder in our check out instructions. The host is not responsible for any items left on site. Guests may arrange pick up of items with the hosts and under some circumstances we will mail items for a $50 fee along with the cost of shipment.
