"Lovely hotel and walking distance from everything. The hotel looks very modern and is clean. The navigation to nearby landmarks is very easy. The negatives I would say, would be the self check in is a little confusing, but someone did come and help us. And if your room is facing the main road it can be loud. Good thing I’m a heavy sleeper. Also the breakfast options are not great. Luckily we didn’t pay for breakfast and there are lots of cafes nearby. "

"We were greeted at reception by Coco who was extremely helpful and friendly He explained how we could park and although we were early, he checked and found us a room that’s was ready for us He also provided directions for us to get into Brussels centre Breakfast staff were also very helpful the next morning"

"Very handy if you are getting a Eurostar or another train as the entrance is right inside the station 2 mins walk to Eurostar terminal. Friendly staff and nice big rooms, high floor rooms have great city views too!"
